As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Your expertise in assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans will make a significant difference in their recovery and rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Providing therapy sessions to enhance mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Required qualifications include:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current PT license.
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification.

This assignment offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The 13-week assignment will take place in Lee, MA, with day shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
