Physician Assistant Role

This position involves providing therapy to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with the goal of improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and be licensed as a PT in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and monitoring patient progress. Key qualifications for this role include a strong foundation in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful Physical Therapist will also be responsible for educating patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention, implementing interventions in various settings, and participating in discharge planning. Job Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- MA Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
