We are seeking a seasoned Physical Therapist to fill a travel position in home health. This is a unique opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing expert physical therapy services that promote healing and recovery.
Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the job is located.
- Experience working with patients in home health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
