We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse to join our team for a challenging Case Management role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Job Summary
This travel nursing job involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Case Management capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities, including assessments, plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements
- AADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state where you will be practicing.
- At least 1 year of experience in case management or a related field.
