The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve healthcare outcomes for children and families. This will involve working closely with governments, partners, and communities to design and deliver effective interventions that address the unique needs of each region.

• Develop and implement healthcare programs to improve maternal and child health, including nutrition, immunization, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with governments, partners, and communities to design and deliver effective healthcare interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to government institutions and local organizations.

• Masters or advanced degree in public health, medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare program management, preferably in a global health setting.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
