We are looking for a qualified Spectacle Dispenser to provide exceptional customer service and support to our Members.
In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing spectacles and other optical products, working with prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, prescriptions, and patient interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with optical inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
