**Cardiology Clinic Staff Nurse Role:**
">The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology Clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Support patient care in the Cardiology Clinic, including pre-clinic preparation, attendance at clinic sessions, and nursing assessments.
">Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with symptoms requiring cardiology evaluation and those with known congenital or acquired heart disease and arrhythmias.
">Conduct pre-anesthesia screenings for patients undergoing anesthesia echocardiograms, CTs, and Implantable Cardiac Devices.
">Participate in triage phone calls from parents and outside providers.
">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and care plans.
">Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in cardiology nursing and other relevant areas.

Requirements and Qualifications:
">We seek candidates with a BSN degree and an MA RN License. 1-2 years of ambulatory or inpatient pediatric nursing experience is preferred, with a preference for pediatric acute care. Pediatric cardiac experience is also preferred. BLS and PALS certifications are required, with PALS required after 1 year.
