We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated registered nurse (RN) to join our team as a wound care travel nurse. This exciting opportunity allows you to travel to new locations, gain diverse experience, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
Job Summary:
This is a 13-week assignment scheduled to start at a convenient time for the successful candidate. As a wound care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing wounds, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a current RN license, have relevant wound care experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We also require that you are able to pass a background check and meet any other requirements set by the facility.
