Physical Therapy Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Newton, MA. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that improve patient function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate with physical therapists
  • Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures

Requirements:

  • Accredited PTA program completion
  • MA PTA licensure/certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
