**Physical Therapy Assistant Opportunity:**
This skilled nursing facility position is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join their team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the recovery process of patients in need.

Job Summary:
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- MA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
