About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring, while also developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
- Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress.
