Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced RN to fill the position of Director of Nursing. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in nursing management.

Salary: Competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Job Description:
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, including managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
