Job Title: Process Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Kenitra, Morocco.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of their area to provide technical production support to other areas of engineering, maintenance, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the development of specific resources and manufacturing procedures.
• Participate with technical staff, customers, and suppliers in the development and modification of machines and tools necessary for manufacturing.
• Ensure that machines perform to required standards and develop proposals for improvement.
• Collaborate with other engineering and production areas for layout changes.
• Encourage new developments in production means while ensuring optimization of production procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Bac+5) with 3 years' experience working in wiring activity, especially in process assembly.
• Ownership and independence of mind, analytical, methodical, and organized.
• Very good writing and communication skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office.
