Merchandising Associate

We seek a skilled Retail Merchandiser to provide in-store support and shape the future of shopping experiences.

This role involves providing merchandising support to retailers, meeting shoppers' needs by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

• Building engaging in-store displays and end caps to capture customers' attention
• Resetting shelves with product rotation to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Tracking inventory to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Be 18 years or older
• Perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Maintain a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
