Talent Development Expert

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create effective communications materials to support the deployment of a comprehensive learning portfolio. Collaborate with branding, employee experience and communications teams to drive exceptional campaigns, measuring their impact and articulating results to key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted source of guidance and information on learning offerings for the global HR and L&D community.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS and business queries related to the Learning & Skills Capability team.
  • Leverage the Learning Management System to drive adoption globally by working closely with HRIS to organize training sessions, share best practices, develop relevant reports and live dashboards.
  • Administer training assignments efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations on instructional design and work with internal trainers to deliver Aptiv-wide activities.
  • Design eLearnings that have a broad impact across the organization, driven by roadmaps or on-demand initiatives.
  • Curate relevant learning programs for all business functions and implement them globally.
  • Analyze data from tools like Job Architecture framework, Coursera and LinkedIn Skills Reports to recommend strategic training interventions.
  • Partner with HR, L&D and business teams to maximize the benefits of a robust learning offering to all employees.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and drive cross-Aptiv process optimization, suggesting changes to challenge the status quo.
  • Maintain a global database of learning, making it accessible, up-to-date and valuable to partners worldwide.
  • Manage training suppliers effectively, maximizing investment and strategically selecting new vendors.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops for defined audiences.
  • Influence the strategy of Learning & Skills Capability at Aptiv.
