Travel Nurse Case Management Position

Job Description

You will work as a Case Manager, providing high-quality patient care and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions. This is a 13-week contract, working 40 hours per week, with a mix of weekdays and occasional weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • RN experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Epic experience: Familiarity with Epic systems and workflows is preferred.
  • Covid Vaccines and Booster: You must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations, including the COVID-19 booster.
