Business Development Specialist Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and opportunities. This position involves:

  1. Managing the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.

  2. Coordinating the preparation of high-quality proposal documents that meet client needs and expectations.

  3. Contributing to the development of compelling capability statements, past performance summaries, and pricing inputs that set us apart from competitors.

  4. Conducting thorough research on government agencies, contract opportunities, and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

  5. Building relationships with potential partners and subcontractors to foster collaborative opportunities and mutual success.

  6. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and proposal deadlines to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email, internet research) to support daily operations.

  • A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a focus on federal contracting and proposal development principles.

  • The ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain a results-driven attitude in a fast-paced environment.
