Visual Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Consultant to join our Optical team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and recommending the most suitable visual solutions for our customers.

• You will work closely with customers to understand their visual needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• You will be responsible for dispensing spectacles and other optical products to both adults and children, working with prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists.

• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Recommend the most suitable visual solutions for our customers based on their needs and preferences.

• Must be licensed to work as an optician within the state and keep license up to date and active.
• Knowledge of optical products and business practices is preferred.
