Travel Respiratory Therapist Job DescriptionSalary and Benefits
The pay package for this position is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Job Responsibilities
As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will assist patients who have breathing difficulties, including chronic respiratory diseases such as emphysema and asthma. You will also provide emergency aid for breathing problems, heart attacks, drowning, and shock. Your patients may include infants with undeveloped lungs to adult patients with lung disease.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an inpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
