Occupational Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health settings and be able to work independently.
- The Occupational Therapist will work with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one therapy sessions to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the Occupational Therapist will need to work closely with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility is also important, as the Occupational Therapist may be required to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement interventions and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers an estimated weekly pay of $1,873 - $2,196, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Additional Information:
This position is available ASAP and has a duration of 14 weeks, with potential for extension. Guaranteed hours are 40 per week, and benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield medical benefits, paid housing or tax-free stipend, travel/license reimbursement, licensing team support, and paid reward days.
