About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Educator.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with nursing staff to develop and implement educational programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure that educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
