**Surgical Technologist - Travel Opportunity**
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surgical technologist to work in North Adams, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with a start date of June 16th.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist surgeons during operations, maintaining a safe and organized environment
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgeries
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure their proper use
This is a travel job opportunity, allowing you to work with various healthcare teams and gain diverse experiences.
The shift schedule will be 8 hours per day, with 40 hours worked per week. This position requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in surgical technology or a related field
- Current certification as a surgical technologist (CST) or certified surgical assistant (CSA)
- At least one year of experience working as a surgical technologist in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
