Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with real estate directors and project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of new club locations, remodels, and expansions.\
\
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, land use planning, and regulatory agency/municipal approval processes. They will be familiar with retail site design, including soils, drainage, environmental, and other related activities. In addition, they will have knowledge of legal and environmental issues related to land development.\
\
**Responsibilities:**\
\
* Manage assigned projects to an on-time and on-budget completion\
* Coordinate with real estate directors to hire Consultant teams\
* Represent the company's interests in public meetings and hearings\
* Obtain complete project approvals from State, Federal, and local municipalities\
* Prepare construction documents in accordance with company prototype, budget, and schedule requirements\
\
**Qualifications:**\
\
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required\
* 2-3 years' experience in the field\
* Retail Corporate or Civil Engineering Design firm experience preferred\
* Knowledge of land use planning/civil engineering principles and Regulatory Agency/Municipal approval process\
\
**Compensation:**\
\
* Starting salary of $80,000.00\
