Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to lead full-cycle recruitment processes, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment initiatives, developing and implementing recruiting plans, and providing consulting services to business leaders on search strategies and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using multiple tools and techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR partners, and other stakeholders
• Provide consulting services to business leaders on search strategies and talent management
• Develop and track metrics and dashboards to measure recruitment success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a big international organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
