UX Interface Specialist

Role Overview

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for delivering user-centered design solutions that drive business value and improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in visual and interaction design principles, creating effective sketches, wireframes, flows, and prototypes to meet client needs.
• Apply customer insights from research to inform design decisions, leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs to frame problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating stakeholder vision, user insights, and team discussion inputs into design propositions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to deliver scalable, consistent UI components and interactions, adapting designs across platforms and devices.
• Conduct testing and iteration based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring high-quality design solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.
• Expertise in various design tools, including Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant software.
• Proven track record of creating design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developers to convert to code.
• Design thinking experience to discover problems and develop creative solutions by understanding users' goals, frustrations, and end-tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to mentor and develop others.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary settings, including design, engineering, and product teams.
