In this highly specialized role, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting. The ideal candidate will hold a valid MA RN license, BLS-AHA certification, and ACLS training. A strong background in level 1 trauma care is essential for this position.
This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our medical team. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and night rotations. Compensation includes a competitive salary and a tax-free stipend amount, which will be determined upon hire.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and family members
