Job Description:
Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving mobility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
