Job Title: Recovery Clerk Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recovery Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including removing empty cardboard and replenishing box bins.
  • Use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets, and handle heavy objects with assistance when required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • You must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, moving about continuously on hard surfaces, and occasionally lifting objects up to 30 pounds.
