Customer Loyalty Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking an Arabic-speaking customer loyalty specialist to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that comes with a base salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our company's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service.
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers and increase the chances of future sales.
- Native or fluent Arabic language skills (oral and written) and fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD industry is essential.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets.
- Strong management and mathematics skills, as well as great objection-handling skills.
- Availability to start with short notice.
