Customer Loyalty Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking customer loyalty specialist to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that comes with a base salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our company's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers and increase the chances of future sales.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Arabic language skills (oral and written) and fluency in English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD industry is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets.
  • Strong management and mathematics skills, as well as great objection-handling skills.
  • Availability to start with short notice.
