Mobility Therapist

A talented Mobility Therapist is sought after by our team to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. In this role, you will assess patients' physical abilities and develop customized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and functional independence.

  • Therapy Objectives:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Implement interventions in various settings.
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • MA Physical Therapist PT license.
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification.
