About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and patient homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals, whether it's improving mobility, enhancing cognitive function, or promoting independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the travel assignment will take place.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
