Progressive Care Unit Travel Nursing Position

We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with experienced nurses and medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts RN license required
- At least 3 years of overall experience or 1 year of recent experience in PCU/Stepdown
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned location
