Project Management Role

The successful candidate will oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate records.

This position involves managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing project updates to stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project activities, including site development, construction, and permitting
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design, and construction
• Maintain accurate records, including project documentation and budget tracking

A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the field.

Retail Corporate or Civil Engineering Design firm experience is highly valued.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with land use planning, civil engineering principles, and regulatory agency approval processes
• General knowledge of soils, drainage, environmental, and other related activities
• Awareness of legal and environmental issues related to land

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is starting from $80,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
