This position involves verifying order data entry, comparing Rx to original Rx provided from the doctor, assuring all information entered in the system is accurate.
You will complete proper order filing procedures, including filing the order under the correct ABC system in the store.
A daily commitment to delivering outstanding service excellence through all points of contact is crucial. You will resolve and deescalate member concerns while ensuring a safe and positive environment and experience for members.
Delivering GOLD club standards daily is essential. This includes maintaining visible accurate signage, cleaning and organized, inside and out, and understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
