Job Summary

As a Seasonal Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing vehicle glass issues on customer vehicles. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass-related issues on customer vehicles
  • Manage work orders, customer documentation, and customer communication through mobile resource management technology
  • Clean customer vehicles during wait/idle time and perform additional housekeeping tasks in company vehicles and shop
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, company-issued tools, and chemicals used throughout the workday
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and any other licenses required by federal, state, and local laws to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with lifting windshields weighing 26-50 pounds
