Seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant to provide therapy services to patients in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week travel job that offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations and gain valuable experience.
The ideal candidate will have a current Massachusetts license and at least 3 years of overall experience or at least 1 year of recent experience with COTA. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote patient independence and well-being. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.
