Retail Experience Manager

We are seeking a product experience specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, bring brands to life, and drive sales growth.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a product experience specialist, you will be responsible for providing live events and sampling to consumers in their natural environments, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, management, and colleagues, and demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide live events and sampling to consumers in their natural environments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a strong bias for action and results, working independently while also possessing successful team building skills.
