BAYADA has the perfect blend of autonomy, teamwork, and flexibility for experienced Physical Therapists ready to transition into outpatient care within senior living communities. We’re hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehab services to older adults in Assisted and Independent Living Communities in Arlington and Woburn . You'll focus on proactive, evidence-based therapy—through visits, assessments and admissions What makes this role different? Set locations :communities that you provide visits to patients in Weekday schedule : Flexibility in your schedule Well-supported environment : Collaborate with a clinical team and on-site staff What you'll do: Provide individualized outpatient therapy sessions within senior living communities Conduct mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments Develop and adjust care plans that help clients age in place safely Educate clients and senior living staff on exercises and injury prevention Participate in wellness events and provide input on fitness program development Accurately document care using a touch-screen tablet Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts At least 1 year of clinical experience Why BAYADA?
