Local Contract Surgical Technologist

Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/16/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, rotating Employment Type: Local Contract Job Description Parking Reimbursement: $250/ Every Month in the first pay Cheque Schedule & Call: 12-hour mid-shift with start times at 7 AM, 9 AM, or 11 AM. Call required once per schedule. Rotates every 3rd weekend as needed; no major holiday coverage required. Work Environment: Primary location is a 17-room, 24/7 OR at a teaching hospital. May float to Moakley or other OR campuses as needed. Duties & Expectations: Must be competent in at least 5 surgical specialties (e.g., general, ortho, neuro, trauma, cardiac, etc.). Expected to maintain flexibility, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Post-orientation, staff may serve as preceptors. Required Experience & Credentials: Minimum of 3 years’ inpatient surgery experience required; Level 1 trauma experience preferred. Must hold NBSTSA certification and current BLS. Surgical Services Offered: Includes general surgery, gynecology, urology, oral, ENT, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine.
