Hiring Immediately Overtime Eligible Earn quarterly safety bonuses up to $750 Paid training Weekly pay Nauset Disposal is looking for a safety conscience CDL Truck Driver to join our GROWING team in Plymouth, MA. Drivers interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am start time / 50 to 55 hours per week. Saturday's as needed. ​ Our priority is to make sure we hire safe drivers that care about the service provided to the community. As a driver with us the minimum responsibilities are: Ability to safely operate a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste. Waste experience preferred, but not required. Ability to read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher. Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading, at times with no helpers. Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities. Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. What we need from you: Valid Class A or B CDL Clean driving record Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
