Our Academic & Teaching Mission BCMA is a highly collaborative, academically driven practice that delivers outstanding primary care to a diverse adult patient population. Teaching opportunities include Brigham and Women’s Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program and a teaching site for Harvard Medical School (HMS) students. Serve as longitudinal preceptors for HMS medical students and as faculty mentors and We aim to create a dynamic learning environment that fosters clinical reasoning, compassionate care, and professional growth. Appointment at Harvard Medical School— Depending upon the position, there may be opportunities to teach residents and medical students. All Harvard Medical School Faculty appointments require at least 50 hours of teaching per academic year. Harvard Medical School faculty appointment is not a requirement for this position. Academic rank as Instructor or Assistant Professor, full-time or part-time at Harvard Medical School, will be considered for applicants meeting teaching expectations and will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements.
