Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist • Days Join our team as a dedicated Physical Therapist in a 13•week contract role with a 40•hour work week, primarily during daytime hours. Flexibility is offered to accommodate personal commitments. Responsibilities: • Deliver home•based patient care • Achieve daily productivity targets • Report to management upon early completion of caseload Requirements: • Active Physical Therapist Licensure • 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist • Proficiency in HCHB and Oasis E • BLS Certification Preferred: • Experience in home health or hospice care • Ability to manage a caseload of ~30 patients per week Location: Worcester, MA and surrounding areas. Specify preferred territories in application. Note: No on•call requirement. Any color scrubs acceptable. Pay cycle is Sunday•Saturday.
