Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist • Days Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a 13•week contract role with a 40•hour work week, primarily during daytime hours. Some weekend work may be required. Responsibilities: • Deliver home•based patient care • Meet daily productivity targets • Report to management upon early completion of caseload Requirements: • Active PT Licensure • 2 years of Physical Therapist experience • Proficiency in HCHB and Oasis E • BLS Certification Preferred: • Homecare experience • Ability to manage a weekly caseload of ~30 patients Location: Worcester, MA (Auburn to Sturbridge territories) Additional Info: • No on•call requirement • Any scrub color acceptable • Parking and PPE details provided • Pay cycle: Sunday to Saturday To apply, submit an updated resume, skills checklist, certifications, and at least one reference.
