We are looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, high-quality service in a luxury hospitality environment. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coaching staff, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining strict standards of hygiene and service in line with Four Seasons expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the restaurant team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost control
- Promote restaurant offerings and special events
