Controlling Manager

Our client, a leading international manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Controlling Manager to support the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of its Moroccan industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost controlling, budgeting, and performance monitoring within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly closing, cost controlling, and performance reporting for the plant(s)Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles to align with business objectivesAnalyze cost variances, margins, and production performance; recommend improvement actionsMaintain accurate product costing, BOMs, and inventory control processesEnsure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit standardsProvide actionable financial insights to support data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and cost optimizationReport directly to the CFO to ensure transparency, alignment, and financial governance Requirements 5-10 years' experience in controlling / financial analysisStrong cost controlling, data accuracy, and reporting skillsExposure to manufacturing environmentHigh accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and deliverablesStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and FrenchMNC background preferred
