Principales missions

·       Analyse et revue des opérations d'investissement/désinvestissement

·       Construction de business plans, réalisation de modèles financiers et travaux d'évaluation multicritères

·       Proposition de schémas de financement désintermédiés ou alternatifs (OPCI, titrisation, …)

·       Participation au pilotage et coordination des différents intervenants sur les projets, tant internes qu'externes

·       Participation à la négociation de la documentation juridique et au suivi des travaux de due diligences

·       Réalisation de présentations et notes de synthèse destinées aux instances de gouvernance

Profil recherché

·       De formation supérieure Bac+5 ou plus, de type Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d'Ingénieur ou équivalent.

·       Une expérience de 4 à 5 ans en banque d'affaires, private equity ou transaction services. Capacité à travailler sur des sujets complexes et dans un environnement exigeant en faisant preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, de dynamisme et de polyvalence.

·       Expérience confirmée en modélisation financière, évaluation multicritère et diagnostic stratégique

·       Réalisation de présentations et notes de synthèse destinées aux instances de gouvernance

·       Aisance relationnelle, capacité à travailler sur des sujets complexes et dans un environnement exigeant en faisant preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, de dynamisme et de polyvalence

·       Maitrise de l'anglais et des outils bureautiques (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
