Office Accountant

In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing critical insights that drive strategic decisions.

Manage and maintain general ledger entries, accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax forms and compliance with relevant accounting laws
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, management, and clients to improve financial systems
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in accounting software
Support the finance team in audits and financial planning activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in an international or fast-paced environment

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and organizational excellence

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Experience with international reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is a plus
