Technico-Commercial (Blueberry)

We are recruiting a
Commercial Technician
on behalf of our client in the
agri-food sector
to support the development of
blueberry sales
in the
Agadir region.

Individual Accountabilities ​

• Develop Blueberry business in its assigned area (Agadir), commercial and business development activities.​
• Deliver Blueberry revenue and profitability growth targets​
• Ensure profitability through professional, analytical and data-driven decision making​
• Advising technical to client as the way of continuing growing sales and productivity.​
• Giving technical formation to clients.​
• Sharing best practices among clients and internal departments.​
• Ensure the collection of royalties​
• Following up blueberry client's production.​
• Collection of royalties.​
• Ensure the coordination between Blueberries commercial activities and other commercial crops in the region

Academic Background:​

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomic or related field.​

Technical Skills: ​

• Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.​
• Ability to manage challenges.​
• Demonstrated skills negotiating.​
• Ensure sufficient collaboration with regional functions.

Languages: ​

• English: Fluent ​
• Spanish: Desirable
• Arabic: Native ​
• French : Desirable ​

Professional Experience:​

• 2+ years experience of sales growth and achievement with proven track record.
