We are looking for an HSE Officer who will be responsible for structuring, implementing, and deploying the fundamental HSE framework within the organization, in alignment with national and international standards
Your mission- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Map processes, develop HSE procedures and standards, and raise awareness among teams.
- Identify risks, enforce HSE rules, conduct awareness activities, and track incidents.
- Promote responsible practices, monitor internal resource consumption, and prepare elements required for future certifications.
- Assess working conditions, propose improvements, and promote best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, prepare dashboards, and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with the QHDE managers of the parent company in Germany to utilize synergies efficiently.
- Foster a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across the organization by encouraging awareness, engagement, and accountability among employees and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety & Environment, QHSE, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSE programs and procedures, preferably in a technical or automotive engineering environment.
- Experience conducting HSE inspections, audits, and investigations, and preparing structured reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
