AXA GBS MOROCCO

Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.

Mission :

Manage in partnership with PS&C to design the target partnership between partners stakeholders and AXA GBS to create a tech centre in Morocco.

The design phase will include:

  • Validation of the project structure and governance
  • Definition of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Support contractualization and negotiations
  • Build operating model with FTE growth, recruitment, methodology and process sharing, team onboarding
  • Support [Company Name] on their business case
  • Support the implementation of the partnership with the minister of industry

Transition Solutioning Support


• Partner with the PS&C Lead, relevant AGBS delivery leads & relevant partner stakeholders to shape & solutionize a multi-year transition being envisaged


• Contribute to transition strategy, high-level transition plans, etc., and drive reviews & conversations to firm these up


• Assist PS&C Lead & work with the RfP Team within CS in proposal preparation, internal reviews, etc.

PM Support


• Coordinate across internal teams & partner stakeholders during the opportunity development phase


• Prepare presentations, reports & meeting notes, and independently track actions with internal & partner stakeholders


• Facilitate review & governance meetings, and assist PS&C Lead in alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, etc.

Transition Planning & Execution Enablement


• Develop detailed transition plans including KT planning, resource planning, risk mitigation, communications, etc.


• Ensure right involvements of partner & AGBS delivery teams, to enable a seamless handover


• Support execution oversight, track progress against transition milestones & enable strategic/tactical/operational reviews


• Liaise with business/ops teams, TA, IT, Risk & Compliance, Legal, etc. – both with the entity and AGBS – across the transition journey

Documentation & Governance


• Maintain comprehensive documentation of plans, decisions & progress across each of the above priorities


• Ensure adherence to internal & partner governance frameworks

Qualifications & Experience:


• 8-12 years' experience in IT services, with at least 3-6 years each in transition management & PMO roles; 1-2 years' experience in pre-sales support would be advantageous


• Experience in managing or supporting large-scale IT transitions or transformations


• Experience working with global (especially European) clients & stakeholders in an offshore delivery model


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & presentation skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment with evolving priorities


• Proficiency in 1 or more PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus


• Exposure to ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 frameworks (certifications are a plus but not mandatory)
